How do I care for and launder Vince and Soph Apparel?
To maintain shape and color of your garment, we recommend machine washing cold and tumble dry low or hang dry. To preserve the design, wash inside out. DO NOT IRON. If you must iron, flip your article inside out and iron with low heat. **Do not use stain removers containing peroxide as it can cause discoloration.
How do I determine which size to purchase for my child?
Please measure your child and compare that to our sizing chart.
Our toddler t's fit true to size; but fit depends on your child and your fit preference.
If you like a baggier look, we recommend sizing up.
If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for longer wear ability.
The item I want is out of stock, when will it be restocked?
We try to keep our shelves stocked. Our turnaround time is on average 5-7 business days to get our inventory back in. If your order is affected by an out of stock item, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Where is my order?

We're working as hard as possible to get your orders to you before Christmas. However, we cannot guarntee Christmas arrival on purchases after 12/13/2017. Allow for 12-20 days for delivery during this busy time.

We hope to ship all domestic orders within 3-5 business days of purchase date for standard shipping. For expedited and priority shipping orders will ship the following business day.
While we generally ship faster, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to leave our facility. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. That confirmation email and all correspondence from us will go through the email that you used when you ordered, so please check that email's inbox and spam folder.
My order has shipped but hasn't arrived?
Please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking information. The post office should be able to help you locate your package.
My order's tracking shows 'delivered' but I haven't received it?
Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are your responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down on our end.
We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
If you are sold out of an item in one size, can I buy another size of the same item and exchange it later?
We do not recommend buying the incorrect size to exchange for an out of stock size because we are not able to hold items for exchange. We also do not restock all items.
What if I put the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. Vince and Soph Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Can I alter my order before it has shipped?
We are not able to combine shipping on multiple orders placed as all orders are shipped individually. Please be sure you are checking out with the correct items as we are not able to alter an order once it has been placed. Our fulfillment center frequently ships within hours of ordering.
